Land & Water Engineering Science (LWES) was selected by the City of Tampa to provide support services for its Watershed Master Planning Program. It is the City’s intent to update existing basin studies and create new studies to cover a citywide stormwater master plan.
Under this Agreement LWES will perform watershed evaluation, floodplain analysis, development of future capital improvement projects (CIPs), and other as-needed program support tasks required for the Project. Additional services may also include feasibility evaluations and preliminary design of potential projects. Services will be managed through a series of subsequently issued task orders.
