Downtown Palm Harbor Regional Stormwater Management Facility

Land & Water Engineering Science is evaluating and presenting a preliminary design for a Regional Stormwater Facility (RSF) in Pinellas County. Downtown Palm Harbor will be expanded, and land use will be modified for higher intensive use.

The project will provide Water Quality Treatment and some attenuation for the proposed land use changes and assess conveyance capacity requirements to meet Pinellas County flood control Level of Service requirements as well as stormwater manual water quality requirements.  The RSF will serve future permitting needs of Downtown Palm Harbor redevelopment.
